After analysis pipelines execute successfully via the Celery task queue, the resulting numerical findings, matrices, and generated visualizations are stored for detailed manual review.

The Results page handles decoding standard single-omics task results out of the backend database or in-memory arrays and projecting them natively into dynamic interactive plots (like Plotly or Chart.js). Both Authenticated Users and Guests can access this viewing plane.

Generated PDF Reports
The /reports feature functions exclusively for Authenticated Users. By tracking historical jobs linked intrinsically to your user_id, the application automatically orchestrates downloadable aggregated PDF dossiers detailing scientific methods, parameters used, and primary conclusion metrics.
